Are You Up for the Challenge?
Our hope is that you are willing to take this short “Bible Knowledge Challenge 12/15/225.” The objective of the challenge is to help you test your Bible knowledge, and spur you onto making changes to your study habits if you do not do well on this challenge. Our intent is to encourage you to learn more about God’s word. We love and care for you.
For those up for the Challenge: try to answer these without using your Bible and or electronic device. See how you do.
- What were the names of Jesus’ physical brothers? At lease the ones listed in the Bible.
- What was Jesus Christ’s last statement while on the Cross? Prior to His physical death.
- Roughly, how long was Noah in the Ark?
- The Book of Revelation mentions a fiery red horse. What does this signify?
- What are the first five book of the Old Testament? What are they called by the Hebrews?
- How many Tribes made up Israel when they entered the Promise Land?
- How many Epistles did Paul the Apostle write?
- Paul the Apostle describes being shipwrecked. Where was he shipwrecked?
- Which Queen did Elijah flee from?
We hope you did well on this Challenge. Glad you took time to participate. Our encouragement is that you develop a healthy knowledge of God’s holy word. It is truly the most important area of life. God’s word contains His will, precepts, and the path to salvation. Our prayer is that all people will come to know God, His Son, and His powerful Holy Spirit.

A Member of God’s Church will make every effort possible to help you understand God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. God says that “Today is the day of salvation”. He means it. Take our challenge to learn about God’s word.
Eternal life is available to all. Take a little time to examine the Gospel of Luke and see if God will reveal to you the truth of His word. We’re here to help you every step and to any questions you may have.
Here’s how it works:
- Read the Gospel of Luke over 24 days. It is best to read one chapter per day. We suggest you use one of the following versions: New King James, New International Version, or New American Standard Bible. Let us know if you need a Bible.
- Email questions. You are welcome to email questions to us. We will do our best to answer.
- We are open to having one of our teachers meet with you or discuss any passage by phone. Just let us know.
